ABOUT
Pawan is responsible for the overall Business Development and Strategy at SACHA. On the Business Development side, he is continuously looking for new partnerships and acquisitions to expand SACHA’s offerings and reach. While on the Strategy side, he is focused on perfecting the Add. Value. model across the different operating entities.
Currently he is promoting Bauer, which is a platform (also a niche engineering company in Saarland, Germany) through which SACHA offers its most unique and innovative competencies, e.g. Hemming Systems, Prototype Tools & Industrie 4.0 solutions.
He has over 21 years of experience in Tool Design, Project Management and Business Development. Because of his past experiences with a large OEM, TATA Motors and three large engineering companies, RLE, Geometric and EDAG; Pawan is able to establish a balanced view of all sides.
By understanding customer’s problems in detail and then breaking them down to smaller pieces, he is able to create custom solutions for SACHA’s customers. This he follows through, with his relentless focus till the end, to realise the agreed outcome. This simple but effective approach translates into a very strong “Add. Value.” value proposition of SACHA.
Pawan currently lives in Munich with his wife and 2 children. In his free time, he likes to read books and play tennis.
