By prioritizing and coordinating engineering efforts, Biswa ensures they directly support strategic objectives. He champions value-based pricing strategies and actively seeks out profitable new business opportunities, ultimately contributing to the company’s continued growth and success.
Drawing from over 18+ years of product design and development experience, he has successfully led teams in the UK and Germany, executing projects for renowned OEMs including McLaren, Daimler, BMW, JLR, Ford, and AMG, solidifying his reputation as an industry leader. His specialized skills span various automotive engineering domains, from Body in White (BIW) to Closures, Interior and exterior Trims and Vehicle Benchmarking, with notable contributions to full EV Platforms.
Beyond his impressive professional journey, Biswa remains an advocate for continuous improvement, constantly elevating our Product Engineering delivery model to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction.
