ABOUT
Rajendra is responsible for all Design deliverables from our Delivery Centers in Bangalore and Chennai. He is also responsible for the resource management and talent improvement of the associates.
He has over 14 years of experience in Process Planning, Tool Design and Project Management. Because of his past experiences with two large engineering companies Ranal and RLE, Rajendra is able to guide and train associates to improve their technical skills. He also reviews the technical side of the project to ensure it meets the customer requirements.
By understanding project standards and requirements in detail he is able to train the team to execute with quality. He is able to create solutions for the customers. One of his strengths are continuous review of all the projects to deliver with quality and within time.
Rajendra currently lives in Bangalore with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he likes to read books and play football.
