ABOUT
Rajarathinam is leading a team of professional engineers from Coimbatore location in India. He is responsible for the quality and timely deliveries of projects, cost control, resource management, talent improvement and growth of the location.
He has 18 Years of experience in Tool design, Simultaneous Engineering, Processing, Layout, prototype tools, manufacturing and Project management.
He had executed and managed several large projects succesfully with us, from various OEM ‘s like JLR, VOLVO, GM, Daimler, Valmet, etc.
He is specialised in BIW fixture design – manufacturing – Assembly – Commissioning – Panel try out – quality – procedures with OEMs like Ford, Vinfast, VW. And has shop floor experince in coordinating with other teams like robotics, controls, PLC, Pneumatics too.
With his blended knowledge of the fixture turnkey process, He visualises the design from a practical perspective which helps to meet the customer requirement.
Rajarathinam currently lives in Coimbatore with his wife and sons. In his free time, he likes to play sports, travel, read and explore topics related to science, culture, politics and spirituality.
