ABOUT
Vimalakar has over 21 years of functional experience in Human Resource Management. He’s capable of providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy, specifically talent hiring of Senior and Mid-Level management, workforce planning/analytics and succession planning. He also has expertise in Office Administration, Project Planning, Project review & analysis and Procurement. He has hands-on experience in setting up greenfield projects across various locations.
He has strong capabilities of HR Strategies across Business verticals like: Automotive, Software and Embedded Technologies.
Being part of the senior management team in SACHA Engineering, Vimalakar is responsible for implementing leadership strategies on new business initiation, talent management and business administration.
Vimalakar currently lives in Bangalore with his wife and son. In his free time, he likes to go for Long Drives on his bike/car.
