Hemming of sheet metal closures can be done by high-tech hemming machines or by industrial robots using a roller head. The Roller Hemming tool designed by this top innovator (Patent application made), is able to fold the body parts steplessly and with continuous steps, a first for the industry.
Also the recent developments in the Table-top Hemming Systems also bring a huge increase in customer benefits. While press tools and folding systems have so far only been used for product-specific purposes, since 2017, systems and devices have also been designed in such a way that these designs have a large number of standard compennents that can be resued. This saves money for our customers and they can launch new variants much faster.
