QUALIFICATIONS

B.E./ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical  / Production Engineering.

You need to have minimum 6+ years of experience in BIW fixture design and Concept Design

Skillset

• You should have good experience in any of the design software’s like CATIA V5 / NX / Fides.
• You should be well versed with European / Tier – 1 BIW fixture design standards.
• Onsite experience is preferred
• You need to be flexible and willing to take up short term onsite assignments abroad for which you should have a valid passport.

YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for handling tools for a zone independently.

You will be responsible to find possible working solutions independently.

You will be responsible for the assigned work from start (concept phase) till end (2D phase – 2D can be done by someone else, but the functionality is your responsibility).

You will be responsible to guide and mentor junior associates.

You will be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of the work assigned to you.

In addition, if found suitable, you will be handling a small team.

YOUR FUTURE CAREER PATH

Based on your performance, you can progress to the role of Senior Concept designer or Team Lead.
