ABOUT
Responsible for Project Delivery & Satisfaction of customers in Germany. Reddy is also responsible for coordination of Bauer with Delivery Centers in India. He is not only ensuring information flow between these locations, but also controlling and continuously tracking to ensure consistently high quality delivery.
He has over 11 years of experience in Process Planning, Simulation, Tool Design and Project Management. Because of his past experiences with a large manufacturing company ALSTOM and large engineering company RLE, Reddy is able to handle big projects with highest customer satisfaction.
He understands all the project requirements in detail and then plans each item to meet the agreed timelines. This he follows through, with his relentless focus till the end of delivery with quality, to realize Add. Value. to our Customers.
Reddy currently lives in Augsburg with his wife and 2 children. In his free time, he likes to read books and meet people.
