QUALIFICATIONS

Any Degree/Diploma

 

You need to have minimum 12-13 years of experience in overseeing and managing an organization’s IT systems and coordinate IT Support activities across all locations

YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
  • Ensure network infrastructure and data storage systems are reliable and efficient.
  • Plan and implement system upgrades, migrations, or new technology rollouts.
Security and Compliance:

  • Implement security measures to protect company data from internal and external threats.
  • Implement and maintaining an ISMS in compliance with ISO 27001
  • Regularly update security protocols and monitor for breaches.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

  • Negotiate with vendors for hardware, software, and IT services.
  • Liaise with various departments to understand and address their IT needs.
  • Manage relationships with external consultants or service providers.
Team Leadership:

  • Manage IT support teams to resolve any technical issues promptly.
  • Manage and lead a team of IT support professionals / system engineers.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and development opportunities for the IT team.
  • Set goals for the team and monitor performance.
Technical Support:

  • Supervise the IT helpdesk portal and ensure users receive timely technical support.
  • Resolve escalated IT issues and emergencies.
